Why are people fat and complain?

I have fat friends that complain al the time about bein fat, they pick on me because im pretty and skinney but I mantain myself they dont and when I try to tel them that they should tape their mouth and exercise they start sayin im anorexic I am not I eat a lot and exercise they al start telin me mean stuf why are they like this
