...............how to "make a photo like this?". when the demo photo they set as an example is usually..... undersaturated / overstaurated / underexposed / overexposed/ has bad camera movement blur / is soft and unfocused / bad composition / boring subject / taken from a bad angle / and/or has tilted horizons ???????

I'm wondering if someone should do an "ultimate image" with all of the above and post it with instructions ???

It's sort of obvious you know a bit of which you speak. So, answer their questions and stop being a snob about it all!

I don't get it!!! From what you have just stated there, no wonder "they" are asking...

They ask, Lizzie, because they don't know what really good photography is. Its likely that they would never notice a photo by Ansel Adams or Dorothea Lange or Edward Weston but would rush pell-mell to see some pathetic image such as you so aptly described.

To them, anything that looks "different" and shows up on their favorite site must be "You know, like really cool you know?" So naturally they seek to emulate that which appeals to them.

it would be interesting to tell them how to take the bad photo and what is wrong with it, only sound like it is all the right things... they obviously don't pay attention anyway so it would go right over their little hairy heads.

Yes I agree with you!!!SOME ONE SHOULD TAKE ONE AND POST IT WITH ALL THE INSRTUCTIONS!!! DO IT!!!
