This site was designed 8 years ago, (HENCE TABLES).

In the navigation on the left, there is dotted line spacers, but for some reason the background of the blue colour is expanding in height.
I copy the exact same code from a page which is working, like.. Business Directory, and i still get these errors. What is causing this? Browser error?

Just so you know, i did not design/develop this site.
