No matter what I'm doing, what the temperature or weather is, my armpits and palms are always sweaty. I'm not nervous, anxious, exercising or anything. I'm 18 yo, my diet is decent and I work out at the gym about 3-4 hours everyday. They are just always sweaty and it's frustrating and embarrassing. Does anyone know a solution that works to stop the sweating? I'd really appreciate answers.
