I have a 2001 dodge neon. The head lights have been going off and then I would have to switch the light off and tunr it back on to get them to come on again. Lastnite the head lights went off completly and I had to hold the high beam switch just to get home. For a while the instrument panel went off but it came back on. Do anyone know the problem?
