when riding my bike, they appear to be bobbling along when i'm riding even on a flat surface. They are new tyres and new inner tubes, and the same problem was on my last pair of tyres and tubes. It just suddenly started happening. There doesn't seem to be any trapping of the inner tube, so i realy do not get what is up. Maybe the rim belt?
