Why are my arm muscles sore? I did not work out recently.?

So for the last day or so my upper arms have been sore. Like the areas around my triceps. And I have no idea why they are sore.

I am close to my period. But I've never really had muscle soreness before with that. On Tuesday I had to clean all the outside windows at work with a squeegee. So idk...maybe it's that.

I also have started sleeping on the floor the last 5 or so nights - could it be that?
