why are most of the Chinese products like cellphone won't last long?

because of the fact that they have a huge number of population and most of them are not that wealthy, they create a mass production of their products which are most likely low-costs
 
I live in China and almost everything I own is "made in China." Cellphone purchases depend upon the brand and quality. I have a Motorola phone that I bought four years ago in China and it's going strong! It's not an expensive one either . . . in fact, I chose the cheapest one there was! No camera, no frills, no nothing except calls and text. No problems!

Because I wanted a phone with a flip cover, I bought a Motorola V3 two years ago. Once again, no problem! It's been dropped and once I even spilled water on it . . . no problem!

Both items, made in China, with Chinese materials by Chinese workers.
