Why are liberals trying to shut down conservative media?

Is it because they think conservatives have an unfair advantage cause of it? If so that is the dumbest thing ive ever heard especially with the house and senate and the white house full of them. Are people really to stupid to turn off their radios or change the channel if they dont like whats on? Absolutely no conservative i know cares if liberals have their own media but liberals seem to care if conservatives do. Historically liberal media doesnt work so great so is that why they complain? just turn it off. i can say for myself if im flipping through the channels and i come across keith olbermann im not going to write a letter and say i want you shut down cause i dont agree, i just change the channel.....
i do like my fair share of glenn beck but i dont listen to it all the time. besides im not getting this from him. i do have my own opinions
and i believe it was the liberal filled congress that approved the war was it not but totally off topic. what people seem to be missing is that conservative media ISNT news its ENTERTAINMENT
 
Those on the left want to be wild and free but demand full regulation. In other words, they are control freaks in denial. Not that anyone really likes it, but the left absolutely HATES being told they are wrong and it absolutely infuriates them when you use facts to prove them wrong.

The media is becoming more conservative, much to our chagrin. We could have used a liberal media back when W was dead-set on invading Iraq, then maybe the quagmire we are in wouldn't be so bad!
Thankfully too, most people have the sense to realize that the stuff Geraldo and Oprah talk about actually takes some work, and that programs paid for with tax money do tremendous damage to the private sector.

Don't worry about the liberals, we like free speech. Worry about what those bums in Washington are doing behind closed doors.
 
For the same reason that the conservatives are trying to shut down the liberal media. Either way you slice it, reporting the news along with one's political opinion is a problem.

Can we really not just have a balanced media, that reports the truth, without a bias?
