Why are liberals saying that Conservatives whine about Obama getting the Nobel

Peace Prize? Obama has done nothing in the 12 days that he's had that office before the deadline for nomination. However, he did recite speeches off the teleprompter that were written by someone else.

This is clearly an unearned award. 12 days does not mean squat. The Nobel Prize committee has soiled the intent of the Nobel Prize.

There has been nonstop whining on Yahoo Answers and elsewhere since the moment the award was announced, that's why.

It is hardly surprising that conservatives are whining because they criticize every single thing connected with President Obama. Recently they were gloating that the international community no longer liked Obama because of the loss of the Olympics bid. Now that he has received this prestigious award they are shown to be wrong, again, and they are unrelenting in their bitterness and pettiness.

I am glad that President Obama's sane and reasoned approach to international relations has been recognized. This is a great honor for him and for our country.

We say that because they are whining. I am sure all them patriotic, "real Americans" would be proud that the President of the United States of America has received so prestigious of an honor. Oh, wait, patriotism for some stops when a guy from the 'other' party occupies the White House, right? Instead, we do imbecilic things like celebrate an American city not being selected for the Olympic games because we think it somehow diminishes the President. We engage in much gnashing of teeth when the President receives the Nobel Peace Prize because we are filled with such blind hatred that the good for America and for our standing around the world is trumped by the blind hatred for the man that received it. Sorry, I almost bought the fallacy that 'conservatives' are patriotic. Glad I came back to my senses.
