Why are is the liberal media defending obama's refusal to produce his birth certificate?

The foreign born Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate, which voids his election in my opinion. it's been established he was born in Kenya. Why do democrats defend him when he is clearly disqualified to be president? He refuses to produce a valid bight certificate.
Can he be arrested and removed from office?
