Ok so i took a pic on my web cam and when i went to put it in my windows gallery i noticed it was tiny. All my other photos I've taken on my web cam have saved in jpeg format but today i noticed most of my new ones are saving as a bitmap. I have an HP entertainment laptop w/ a media smart webcam. I've tried to see if i could change the settings on my web cam but it does not give me an option Help!!
why are images on my webcam saving as a bitmap image?
