Why are guys weird and make no sense?

Why do guys act like they are uninterested in a girl once they become bf/gf. I have broken up with my ex many times be he acted so uninterested when we were dating. Now that we are broken up for good, i keep blaming myself for breaking up with him, but he acted like he didnt know how to treat a girl.Should I feel guilty for what i did?

I don't think that you should feel guilty at all. If someone acts uninterested then theres a possibility that he or she is. We all deserve someone who will pay attention to our needs and once you find that someone who does do that for you ,you will question yourself wondering why you were with that guy to begin with. Why would you feel guilty about breaking up with him? He wasn't being a good boyfriend. If anything, I would feel guilty if you stayed around.
