why are guys so weird?

this guy told me that i very pretty,he also said has been watchin me when i walk around the neighborhood but he never got 2 say hi. cause i got earphones on and he dnt want 2 seem like a stalker.any ways i say him walking with a baby girl and he told me that was his neice .so he say when he seen me he said maybe the next time he seen me he would walk with me. so i seen him again and he said he going 2 get his daughter at the park am i going to the park i said yes but when he said daughter i realized he was a liar.so didnt go 2 the park that day,but i saw him again he was walkin with his daughter he saw me and he just finish crosing the road with the little girl but as soon as he saw me he frozed and turned around, and try 2 walk away and cross the road again, i saw him and try 2 ask him was that his daughter he turned around as i was asking him the question then turned again as if he wasnt interseted.so i pass thru him and continued walking.i dnt kno wat caused him 2 act that way do any of u guys kno why he acted this way plz only serios answers.
