...after the real enemy? The Oil Companies! They caused everybody a financial set back. High A$$ gas prices. People couldn't afford to buy cars because of the outrageous gas prices, people lost their cars because they couldn't make enough to keep up with their car payments because a lot of it went to gas in their gas tank, unemployment, and losing their homes. Paying gas was the "Very Huge" substitute expense for almost everything.

Everyone deserves to make a profit. Oil companies are taxed more than any other industry.
People can't afford their cars for various reasons. They weren't responsible with their budget when they bought the car, they may have lost their job or they thought cash for clunkers meant go buy a brand new car you can't afford.
A lot of this has to come down to personal responsibility. I am wondering how many people you are referring to still have a cell phone, internet or cable tv.

Oh, I thought it was the People's Republic of Judea or was it the Republic of Judea's People Party? Either way... SPLITTERS! Seriously, it is the oil SPECULATORS who are the "money changers" in this conspiracy, not the oil companies. This "corporate myth" is perpetuated by the (Social) Democratic Party since, once again, they need something to be the "evil criminal" (corporations) to their "victim" (mainly the "American People" or a sympathetic group like the elderly, gay, or handicapped, for example) to push an agenda. The result of this negative perception being forced on us or think there is no corporate (or even Conservative) bias in our society? Name me a corporate (or conservative) leader who is a HERO in any movie! I can't just like their are similarly very FEW military pictures where the military are not cold-blooded killers or rapists...
