Why are cities across America banning smoking outdoors?

Is America truly turning into a communist country? How can you call America a free country when you can't even smoke in a park or on a boardwalk?

Because Obama's health care bill is so expensive the government needs to regulate smoking because it is such a health threat.

The funny part is Obama smokes like a chimney!
 
Many business, colleges, restaurants, ball parks, and other public gathering spots are smokeless now. They are concerned for the health of people that use their facilities. Yes, whole campus and cities are smoke free. I don't blame them. You wanna smoke, do it in your car or your home, not in my air space.
