Widespread phony rating & statistics reported by Business & Govt to paint a rosy scenario under intentional fraud.
Continuation of failed predatory voodoo trickle-down economics designed by the elitist.

using Tiger Woods as an example...a bunch of his associates knew about his behavior but did not try to stop him or even report him...when confronted he called the other woman to tell her to aide him in his deception...Now he is renegotiating his pre nuptial to what end I have no clue...His backers who need him for profit seem to be unwilling to cut ties because they need him...and he is telling the public small verbs that are somehow supposed to reflect his remorse for acting the way he really was happy to act... until caught. His drone of a wife will set back women's self respect for decades by choosing to stay with and rebuild a life with a person who cannot be trusted even when in the other room.
 
Why are you asking a question you have already asked?

Its government's job to make and enforce laws, not businesses. If a business breaks the law, then prosecute them. but outsourcung jobs becuase of heavy taxes and government regulation is NOT against the law. I don't like it but I understand why they do it.

The rest is politicians mismanagement of government. Ross Perot (though a goofball) did say something very profound, he said "anytime you give out money and take in money you have a business, and government is the biggest business out there, and you need people with a business acumen to run it."

We elect lawyers with NO business acumen at all. Most have never ran a lemonade stand much less a business responsible for the value of global currency.

You mention predatory Voodoo trickle down economics, what then do you prefer? Socialism with a proven track record of failure?
