like to watch? I live in Canada, unfortunately their shows are really lame. However i have some american channels that i watch every day.
I have seen many good popular shows get pushed later in the schedule. Family Guy and the Simpsons for example used to be on from 2:30 to 4:00, then family guy from 4:00 to 5:30. Now, Global has taken these shows on sunday and completely revised it. Now, it's some lame Golf show from 2:00 to 5:00 and Family guy only has a half an hour from 5:00 to 5:30 and then its Global News from 5:30 to 7:00! Who wants to watch Golf and News for 5 hours straight??? (yea yea i know what you smarty-pants are gonna say but im being serious here)
Then, there's Naruto. It used to air on YTV from 9:00 to 9:30, which was very suitable for me. Then, it aired from 10:00 to 10:30, which i can settle for. What got me really mad was when some lame movie that nobodys watching pushed back Naruto til 11 PM, and i have school the next day so i don't want to stay up til 11:30 to watch an episode that i can easily watch online (although i miss seeing it in crystal clear quality and with english dub) Finally, i was infuriated to find that the lame movie cancelled out Naruto altogether! Bleach aired at 11:30 which of course is not worth it. I found out on YTV that Naruto airs on Mondays at 4 in the morning! I can't believe they would push back such a popular show that everybody is clamboring for to 4 A.M. on a School day! Who watches it at 4 AM!?!?!? Nobody! Occasionally Naruto does air at 11 but these are few and far between and i often miss the episode because i don't even know it aired! Now, i have found that the movie does not air anymore, and at first i was glad but then i found out that they cancelled bleach to show prank patrol, some lame show about a guy who really needs to grow up helping some random kid pull a prank on somebody.
Finally, there used to be Family Guy from 9:00 to 10:00 on Channels 48 and 44, but they switched these with some lame travel series and some random cooking show.
Why is it that these networks move perfectly good shows to unwatchable times and replace them with lame shows that nobody likes. It doesn't make sense. Family Guy, Naruto and The Simpsons are three of the most highly rated shows in their networks! And yet they are replaced by a cooking show, 5 hours of golf and news, and prank patrol and a dumb movie!
