but then you got Jacksonville (FL's most populous/biggest city) and the streets are dirty, and there is no landscaping. The schools are failing miserably. The city has barely any transportation (besides car and buses in poor areas), and we seldom get funding for anything. The city is rather poor, and its like FL wants to make Tampa, Miami, and Orlando beautiful while Jacksonville needs the money and it looks like poop. The question I suppose I'm asking is why are all other major FL cities so nice and then you have Jacksonville, one of the U.S.A's problem cities? I live in the Tampa area and the city is A LOT nicer!
