cultures? it seems like more white and black people are on welfare get section 8, food stamps, cash assistance, or on programs that bills there bills like electric. and i wanted to know why? my boyfriend is on food stamps and cash assistance because we have low income and everytime were in the welfare office you see more white, black and mexican people with their children then any other.
