Why are 90% ppl in jail are black?

Why is that? The slaves got freed and now the government have to spend millions of dollars to maintain the prison cells and give free med care for the convicts.. nice
 
One, blacks are in there for crimes like drugs, gun charges, and stealing something really minor that they got caught on. Most are not in there for murder or rape which actually blacks don't make up the most percentage of. Two, males make up 90% of prisons, blacks only make up 41% of it. You must of the read the article all of the way through then.
