It will happen, and what you don't understand is, it will happen to EVERYBODY, no exceptions. And when it does, you'll no doubt blame the dems for not doing anything. The 'war on greenhouse gases' is just like 'the war on drugs' or the 'war on terror'. A perpetual unwinnable war that ensures endless govenrment power and expansion, wartime powers, and states of emergency.
