Hi!
I just installed on my Mac the Dell video chat program. Then I add contact 1. I have contact 1 on my list. Contact 1 and I are both online (contact 1 on Windowa versio, me on Mac). But on my screen, appears contact 1 is offline, and for Contact 1, it appears that I am offline! How can it be? We tried signing out and inn again, nothing hapened. Still we were showing as "offline" on the screens. ANy advice?? Thanks!
