Why why? why you do this. I mean they are totally good for you. they are rich in fiber and in proteins. they help when constipated. Why? what do you hate them? they are just food!!!! what have the beans done to you?? huh? huh? and this includes the hispanics that come to america and don't eat beans anymore. Why do you reject the food that made you strong and healthy while you were in latin america? Whites, blacks , latinos that don't eat beans anymore answer me?
