My experience using EDD's WebCert has thus far been very successful. Every two weeks, after midnight on Sundays, the system updates and I am able to submit my continued claim form online with no problem.......until this morning. 
I started my usual bi-weekly routine, only to find the same old info on the last checks issued. My only guess is that since tomorrow (Monday, Jan. 17) is a federal holiday, the system will not update until Tuesday, but again----just a guess! Help!
