cut my calorie intake? Three weeks ago when I started dieting I was losing weight left and right and after two weeks of dieting I lost 11 pounds. But when I got on the scale today, week 3, I actually gained 2 pounds since last week when I weighed myself. I don't get why, I changed nothing. I don't get it. Also, how many calories does my body naturally burn on its own if I took a day and just rested all day?
