Why am I so congested?

Why am I so congested every day, all day long. At about 4:00 my head begins to hurt; it is like a pressure headache. I am constantly clearing my throat. Nothing has helped. I have been to allergists, doctors, ear, nose and throat specialists. Please Help!
 
What have you tried? Are you taking any antihistamines? Any nasal sprays? Were you tested for allergies? More info, please!
