I am 21 6'6" 225lbs
I played lacrosse, hockey, football and rugby whilst growing up in comp leagues and in highschool. I was never one to back down from a fight, I used to be a bouncer at a local bar (now I try and stay away from bars and avoid those kind of situations). I also work out on a semi regula basis. Im not crazy strong or anything, I am in good shape and can bench around 240 and squat around 250.
I find when I go 2 or 3 days without playing hockey or lifting weights or something I become sooo aggressive. I get mad at the littelest thing and sometimes it takes everything in me to keep me from breaking/tossing/flipping something just out of shear frustration. I will also consciously flex pratically evey muscle in my upper body at the same time. I will also become an aggressive driver and little things will make me mad.
But after I go exert a lot of energy playing hockey or lifting weights I will be back to normal, and a lot more mellow.
Could I have developed anger issues through sports?
