Why am I not getting spark from my '75 Honda Z50?

I have a voltage light that shows voltage all the way to the sparkplug but not getting the spark.
Is the voltage to low? What should it be at the plug. Should I suspect the coil or points and condenser?

The coil mounts must have continuity
Point gap at .012 thousandths and clean
Condenser must must be tightly fastened in place
Condenser wire connection should not be grounding at connection
Kill switch in on position
Kill switch circuit needs good non grounding insulation on the wire to coil
If it came with a small battery originally you may have to put one in.
I have see instances where the ignition wire coming out of the engine case was broken and would be hard to start and then missfire while running.
