why am i hallucinating without the use of any medicines or drugs?

i no it sounds odd and wack but ive been hallucinating without the help of any drugs (no medicines at all) .. i had the flu 4 days ago it started off as a head cold but then i got a fever and started vomiting the very next night ive been hallucinating and seeing things that i no aren't there ....can anybody tell me wtf is going on? it goes on and off here and there its kool and all im just kinda worried that i might get too messed up. thanks
