Why am I gaining weight after going to the GYM?

I'm sooo bored!

I'm a 20 year old female. I used to weight 132 pounds. Ever since I started going to the gym(2 months ago). I started to get weight. I drink about 4 water bottles a day. I eat healthy. And Instead of losing weight I gain about 15 pounds in 2 months. Is this normal?

muscle weights more than fat. My friend has ttons of muscle and is super skinny, but she weighs 30 lbs more than me (we r tweens) anyway, I don't have muscle
just an example to give you an idea.

yeah it the muscle thats adding weight, because muscle is heavier then fat, if you compare them togather to one pound the fat would be much bigger then muscle...your prolly just losing the body fat and turning it into muscle..thats what i pretty much did when i started working out i used to weigh 250 but now i weigh 160 im happy that i lost that much but still need some work to do, good luck

Are you eating enough? The bare minimum a woman should eat is 1200, if you workout hard, you will need more calories. Some women, even when eating 1200-1400 calories still enter starvation mode, so their body stores additional food as fat.

Have you done an online BMR and calculated what you should be eating from weight loss from that?

When I first started losing weight, I ate 1300 calories a day and didn't lose anything, in fact, I gained 8 pounds since I wasn't eating enough. It's strange.
When I upped my eating to 1600, I lost 2lbs every week.

15 pounds is quite a lot to gain in 2 months, however, if you are noticing your clothes are feeling looser, then you will be turning fat into muscle, muscle is denser.
If your clothes are getting tight, you need to re-evaluate your eating and exercising.
