This randomly poped up from no where and I don't know if I should worry about this or let it pass, I'm 16 years old , girl and since tonight i've been experiencing weird pains , when ever I breathe I get this sharp pain inside me near my upper back and the pain is nothing close to when you pull something , and my throat pain is even worst, I get this sharper pain when I swallow and nothing close to a casual sore throat and when I talk i hurts, cough , swallow and burp even when I flex my throat and its my throat and chest and back that hurts and when I swallow it's like dry swallowing and painful , but I mean in general it isn't severe pain but it's there and well it hurts. I don't take medication and well I just don't know please help me find a diagnosis !
