The pains are not related to my menstrual cycle. They feel nerve related if that makes any sense, although the muscles in my breasts are tight in some places which makes me worry about breast cancer. I'm only 18 but it makes me a tad paranoid nonetheless. The pains are constant, and my breasts are extremely sensitive to touch. Any ideas?
