i would say you are not looking for a relationship just personal gratification. You can always have AI if you think you need to have a kid before you get too old but I would feel sorry for the kid. There is nothing wrong with accepting that you are self centered and wouldn't be very good wife or mother material. Then go on with the life you have which must be pretty OK with you or you would change it for better reasons than those you gave.
