Why all the wasted time with the gm's hiring firing and especially with losing battles?

It seems to me wwe smackdown is wasting alot of time on hiring and firing in the
last month and it just seems like a waste of time and even more so with losing
battles like the 15 minute seg with dusty and cody.smackdown should
concentrate on new ideas that would take up that time period.

What does the wwe universe think?
