Why 19.99 instead of 9.99

Finally talked to somebody that could give me some answers. It appears that since i am on a family plan then it will cost me 19.99. the special was for the single line only. I could swear that i wass charged 9.99 for one month. I'm going to check on that. But until then I am stuck with the 19.99. ah-well it's still worth it to me.

The $9.99 was for a single line. The family plan special is $19.99 (without the special, the price for the family plan would be $29.99 so you are grandfathered in to the discounted plan). If you only wanted the $9.99 fee then you should call back and let them know that you only wanted it on the single line in question and not all of the lines and then the price would be $9.99 again, but would only have the unlimited on the single line (at least they should be able to do this as it is an add on and would be like adding on BB data).
