whwn do i use flash and when dont i use flash?

First of all either your fingers are to fat to type so you put a "w" in stead of an "e", OR you need to learn how 2 type... anyway it's idiots like you who make America look bad... a camera is the simplest thing to operate in the world... (besides the electric toothbrush which you couldn't work anyways...) you use a flash when it is dark or when your inside...giving the picture more light... and you don't when it is light or you are outside.
 
well, i dont know much about using camaras, and i want to know when to enable flash and when not to enable it

lets say i want to take a picture of the NYC Skyline at 2:00P.M when the sun is bright, do i enable the flash or do i disable it?

when exactly do i enable it and disable it? in what ocasions?
