Who's going to do better in their respective next World Cups, the men's or women's

USA team? In the past the women's team has gone far and seriously kicked some butt, but all of their star players have retired. The men's team has perpetually done better since they first entered into the World Cup do they have a chance at doing better than the women's team who may not be as good as they once were?
