Whole Foods market casserole cook time..please help!?

I bought a King Ranch Casserole at Whole Foods market just now and it was in the refrigerated part..not frozen...How long do I cook it til its ready to serve? It has the cheese melted and ready to eat with the diced tomatoes and such on top but just need to know reheat time. Any ideas?
 
I'm surprised the cooking directions aren't on the box, but it depends on the ingredients. If the meat in it is cooked already, then 30-40 minutes in a moderate over (350) should do it. Make sure you cut into it to make sure everything is warm. It the meat is raw, then you'll need a higher oven temperature.
