Okay so say there is a 35 Year old guy who lives with him and his girlfriend and his littlest daughter & say theres a fourteen year old girl who lives with her mom & her little brother and little sister..say that the fourteen year olds dad is that 35yr old say that he has NEVER been in her life and never paid childsupport and ignored her her whole life and is just now at 14 trying to come in her life,say that he is trying to controll evrything,what if he threw a rench at a kid and his Gf smokes pot && drinks beer & they hav creepy people over at there house here and there. and say that the mom and her family dont agree the 14 year old going over there to the dad house or even visitation & say that the 14 year old dont wanna see him at all anyways.if this situation was tooken to court,who would win?
