Who would win in a war between USA and France ONLY?

I know this scenario is VERY unlikely, in that if a war broke out between two major nations like france and USA the worldwide implications would be GRAVE, so more than likely other countries would get involved. But, in theory, lets just say that NO OTHER COUNTRY joined, and NO NUKES were used...
hahah that's what I was thinking, we would absolutely crush their asses in the ground.
 
hands down the United States, We have a better and larger Navy, Air Force, and Army. We have 11 Carriers to their 1. We have stealth technology both with fighters and bombers. We could gain air superiority and once that is gained there is nothing France can do about it, they will be forced to surrender to avoid complete destruction of their infrastructure and military.
