Who would win, a village of aggressive early humans (about 30) with primitive

spears and knives or dilophosaur? These humans would wear skins and have language, have our intelligence and teamwork, strategic skills, WITHOUT our technology. The 30 would be healthy, fight capable men and women.
 
Would say who struck the first blow, would only take a few humans getting their heads bit off to send them scurrying for cover. Fight or flight, he who lands the first blow will probably win.

So I say the Dilphosaur, its sheer size would probably give it the advantage and once having the advantage it would be hard to overcome.
