Who would i contact to start a pet ordinance in my town?

Its out of control here. we cant even sit in our own yard with out having to smell the dog feces and urine here, Not to mention i don't have a can, but im constantly tracking it through my house. 50 dogs and over 100 cats is way to many

The first step is to contact your representative, usually called an alderman or alderperson. They should be able to provide you with that information if you call City Hall.

It is possible they already have ordinances, perhaps you just need to bring it to the police department's attention.
