The Taliban is now fueled to come out victorious after 18 months.

You don't even know who the Taliban and Al Quaida are. Figure out who the Durrani and the Gilzai are and why it would be wise to split Afghanistan up.
Then maybe your comments would have merit.

USA is trying to impose the rule of one tribe over another and the war over this is already hundreds of years old.
The Pashtun have never accepted foreign rule and likely never will, not even in the tribal areas of Pakistan. They certainly will never accept being ruled by the Tajiks or Turkmen.
Pakistan and Afghanistan are artificial nations drawn on a map, they are not reflections of the people who live in the area.

The Pashtun are not fighting to take over Pakistan or Afghanistan. They are separatists fighting for the creation of their own country.
Call it Pashtunistan if you like.
It is the areas inhabited by the Pashtun in southern Afghanistan and the unregulated tribal areas of Pakistan.
