Who wold you have cast?

Are there moments when watching a film when you think it would have been so much better all round if X had been cast instead of Y?

The one that always makes me wonder "what if" is the casting of Brandon Lee (had he still been alive of course) instead of KR in The Matrix.

Jason Isaacs would be far better as James Bond than Daniel Craig (decent actor though he is): he even fits Ian Fleming's description.

Johnny Depp as Count Olaf in A Series Of Unfortunate Events. Though Carrey did a good job.

Gary Coleman for Ice Cube in xXx 2 would have been slightly less laughable in the action hero stakes.

Sam Neill would have made a better Robert Langdon than Tom Hanks in The Da Vinci Code. And John Malkovich or Ralph Fiennes would have made a better Silas (certainly a more menacing one) than Paul Bettany.
