...take full effect by now? Many people seem to be arguing that Obama's policies "have failed," as if they've already done everything they will ever do.
Who from the administration ever said that by now, we would see the full benefit of the administration's economic policies? Did Obama say, "My policies will substantially improve the U.S. economy by July, 2009"?
Keep in mind that unemployment kept increasing three years into Reagan's first term, and no one said that Reagan's policies "had failed" within six months of Reagan taking office.
So why do people expect that solving the nation's largest economic problems since the Great Depression would only take six months? Haven't they been through any other downturns? Do they really think that's the way it works?
