I already lost the case Oct.23.2009... I sat in jail for a year sitting on this case... Well, I Know this This guy Jay Doe... we were friends in high school. Well as far as i though.. In one world I never brought up a case against him for the minor assaults as a friend.. But at some point i got tired of letting my friend think he was bullying me.. So i called him to see if he want to fight. His mom found out she calls the cops insists here and her son are in danger.. I get picked up for a warrant for stalking while im at home.. At no point have these people seen me stalking... What i consider stalking necessarily.. I get out of jail on a harassment charge... Now because Jay Doe See's himself friend requesting himself on facebook with a pseudonym they are filing charges on me on the same case... How is there plea of being harassed justified... As to who there charging at hear say.. As to being threatened and harassed the first message he sent the face book was a death treat... Help me understand? What should i do to protect my true innocence from thus conforming to justifying there case of being a victim...
