1. Negi Springfield: He's a magical genius and powerful far beyond normal scopes.
2. Shuhei Hisagi: Every team neeRAB a badass.
3. Agent Paper: She kills people with f'ing paper! And a female is a necessity, or women's rights people send you hate mail. Lol.

im srry to all of u but i think we should ban any1 from dragonball from the option i mean they overpower every1 instead of a war in the world it would lyk a competition to c who can destroy planets the faster

the main sand shinobi
inuyasha and frienRAB
ranma, ryoga, and other main ranma characters that fight
 
What the heck is she doing with that Bat??? It looks...Wrong??? Definately War-Worthy. She's got the double attack, distract them with the loli and move in for the kill while they're distracted.
 
Counting out magic people, i say Balalaika.

It's great that Revy and Chang are handy with pistols, but reasticaly you need someone who can fire an assault/sniper rifle.
