Who Will Buy Honda? Will They Return To F1?

I've heard on the news and on the internet that Honda is pulling out of F1 due to increased costs

However who is going to buy Honda? I heard on the news that 3 companies are intrested but who are they?

And if the Honda F1 team does get bought will they return to F1...as BAR Honda or a diffrent team?
