who were those people that were trying to slay Cain after he got banned from the garden?

In my opinion, and this is my interpretation that I truly believe came from the Holy Spirit.... I think he was talking about those who were from another realm of existence....other fallen angels, just like us. This is why I believe Jesus had to die to show THEM that we are redeemed and have eternal life through Him. Of course it also gave us hope and removed our fear

There is nothing in the Bible to indicate that Cain was Eve's first child. She said, "I have gotten a man from the Lord," not, "Wow, this is my first son."
The guilty fleeth when no man pursueth, or so the saying goes. Cain felt that people might want to get even with him or punish him for his sin. The Bible doesn't say that anyone tried to kill Cain. It only shows Cain whining about how unfair life is.
